Same-day is subject to availability. But booking online puts you into the queue immediately, and we’ll confirm the soonest available priority option (same-day when possible). If same-day isn’t available, we’ll offer the closest priority option.

1-Year Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If a repair we performed fails due to workmanship within 12 months, we’ll return to correct it at no labor cost. (Excludes normal wear-and-tear, new damage, misuse, or unrelated underlying issues.)

You’ll receive a confirmation, then we’ll review your notes and text/call/email (based on preferred method of contact) you for: • additional photos if needed and feasible • access details • scope confirmation • scheduling confirmation (same-day vs. priority time slot vs. selected time/day) • in some cases we can deliver preliminary estimates before the scheduled date. This usually stems from common services and a high degree of details offered by the client (photos, repair history, live video, and any other need to know that could help us make a quick assessment) You'll receive a few reminders leading up to your appointment if it's outside of a same-day/priority/emergency booking. For same-day/priority/emergency bookings, the service technician will text/call you when 1 hr away and 10 minutes before arriving; and this holds the same for normal bookings.
