Contest Period:
The SPS Midwest Home Safety Giveaway begins on July 4, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Contest Period”).

Five (5) eligible winners will be randomly selected from all qualified entries received during the Contest Period.

1. Eligibility Requirements

The SPS Midwest Home Safety Giveaway is open to eligible homeowners who:

• Are legal residents within the SPS Midwest service area

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry

• Own or have authorization to represent the residential property being entered

• Provide accurate contact information for winner notification and scheduling purposes

Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of SPS Midwest may be excluded from eligibility.

SPS Midwest reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements before awarding any prize.

2. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To participate, eligible participants must complete the required entry steps:

   on the official giveaway Facebook post

4. Complete the official SPS Midwest giveaway entry form if directed through the giveaway process.

Incomplete entries, duplicate entries, fraudulent entries, or entries that do not meet the stated requirements may be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Prize Package

Five (5) winners will receive the:

SPS Midwest Home Safety Giveaway Package

Prize includes:

• Professional gutter cleaning service

• Debris removal

• Downspout flush

• Visual exterior home safety inspection

• Basic homeowner maintenance observations/recommendations

The giveaway is designed to help homeowners identify visible exterior maintenance concerns and support proactive property care.

4. Prize Limitations & Exclusions

The giveaway prize does not include:

• Repairs

• Replacement materials

• Gutter replacement

• Gutter guard installation

• Structural repairs

• Roof repairs

• Severe clog remediation

• Hidden conditions not visible during inspection

• Work outside the stated giveaway service scope

If additional work is recommended, SPS Midwest may provide optional estimates separately. Participation in the giveaway does not require purchasing additional services.

5. Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected through a random drawing from all qualified entries received during the Contest Period.

Winner selection will occur after the contest closing date.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

SPS Midwest reserves the right to review entries before final confirmation of winners.

6. Winner Notification & Communication Requirements

Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

Winners must respond within:

72 hours of notification

If a selected winner:

• Cannot be reached

• Provides incorrect contact information

• Fails to respond within the required timeframe

• Does not meet eligibility requirements

• Cannot schedule within a reasonable timeframe

SPS Midwest reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Winners may be required to confirm:

• Name

• Contact information

• Property ownership/authorization

• Service location eligibility

7. Scheduling Requirements

Winners must coordinate scheduling with SPS Midwest.

Services are subject to:

• Weather conditions

• Scheduling availability

• Property access requirements

• Safe working conditions

SPS Midwest will make reasonable efforts to complete the giveaway service; however, completion dates are subject to operational limitations.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances & Service Adjustments

SPS Midwest reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, cancel, or adjust the giveaway or prize offering if circumstances arise that make fulfillment impossible, unsafe, impractical, or financially unreasonable.

Examples may include:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Material shortages

• Labor shortages

• Safety concerns

• Unexpected property conditions

• Regulatory restrictions

• Events outside SPS Midwest’s reasonable control

If unforeseen circumstances create additional costs outside the giveaway scope, SPS Midwest reserves the right to:

• Modify the service scope

• Reschedule the service

• Offer a comparable alternative

• Decline work outside the included giveaway package

No cash value substitution will be provided unless determined appropriate by SPS Midwest.

9. Property Conditions

Participants understand that every property is different.

SPS Midwest is not responsible for:

• Existing property damage

• Hidden defects

• Unsafe conditions

• Conditions discovered after service begins

If unsafe conditions are discovered, SPS Midwest may pause or decline work until conditions can be safely addressed.

10. Winner Announcement

Winners may be announced through SPS Midwest social media channels.

By participating, winners grant SPS Midwest permission to announce their first name and general winner status.

Additional photos, testimonials, or promotional content require appropriate permission from the participant.

11. Facebook Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, or Instagram.

Participants release Facebook/Meta from any responsibility related to participation or prize fulfillment.

12. General Conditions

SPS Midwest reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these rules

• Provides false information

• Attempts to manipulate the giveaway process

• Uses fraudulent or automated entry methods

SPS Midwest reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and giveaway administration.

13. Privacy & Contact Permission

By submitting an entry, participants agree that SPS Midwest may contact them regarding:

• Giveaway communication

• Scheduling

• Related homeowner services

• Future SPS Midwest updates

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communication at any time.

14. Acceptance of Rules

By entering the SPS Midwest Home Safety Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Contest Rules and Disclaimer.
