Cancellation Policy

Priority Service and Plans Policies, Terms & Conditions Same-Day Priority Booking provides expedited scheduling ahead of standard service requests and is subject to technician availability. Same-day service is prioritized but not guaranteed. Labor is billed at $125 per hour, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Materials, permits, specialty equipment, and third-party services are billed separately. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a one-hour minimum charge. Service applies to one property and one service request. Emergency Service provides front-of-line access for urgent or critical issues, including after-hours service when available. A $75 emergency access charge applies per visit unless waived by a qualifying plan. Emergency designation is determined by SPS Midwest based on safety risk or potential property damage. Emergency access prioritizes scheduling but does not guarantee immediate arrival. The Priority 12 Pack includes 12 prepaid same-day priority booking credits, each equal to one hour of labor. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, expire thereafter, do not roll over, and are non-refundable. Emergency access fees are waived when credits are used. Additional labor is billed at $125 per hour. The Priority Access Membership provides unlimited same-day priority booking access, subject to fair-use scheduling. Membership includes waived emergency access fees but does not include free labor. Labor is billed at $125 per hour. One active same-day booking per property is permitted at a time. Monthly memberships renew automatically and require 30 days’ notice to cancel. Annual memberships are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable once activated. Memberships apply to one property unless additional properties are added. All members must maintain an active payment method on file. SPS Midwest reserves the right to reschedule, decline, or terminate service due to unsafe conditions, access limitations, misuse, weather, or factors outside reasonable control.
