By enrolling in any recurring plan, package, or membership with SPS Midwest, you expressly authorize automatic recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with this disclosure and the plan-specific terms provided at enrollment. Billing & Renewal Authorization Your plan will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout, unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Charges are processed in advance of each billing period at the rate and frequency disclosed at the time of enrollment or renewal. By completing enrollment, you consent to SPS Midwest storing your payment credentials and processing recurring charges through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Clear Disclosure of Charges At checkout, you will be presented with: The amount of the recurring charge The billing frequency (monthly or annual) Whether the plan auto-renews The cancellation method and timing requirements Your confirmation constitutes affirmative consent as required under applicable U.S. auto-renewal laws. Advance Renewal Notice (Where Required) Where required by applicable U.S. federal or state law (including, but not limited to, California, New York, Illinois, Colorado, and other states with automatic renewal statutes), SPS Midwest will provide advance notice of upcoming renewals or material changes to pricing or terms. Notice may be delivered by email, invoice, account notification, or other reasonable electronic means. Cancellation Rights You may cancel your recurring plan at any time using the cancellation method disclosed at enrollment or by contacting SPS Midwest directly. Cancellations submitted before the renewal date prevent future charges. Charges already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing. Changes to Pricing or Terms If SPS Midwest makes a material change to pricing, billing frequency, or renewal terms, you will receive advance notice where required by law. Continued use of the service after renewal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Payment Failures & Suspension You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file. Failed, declined, or reversed payments may result in service suspension or termination until payment is resolved. Refund Policy Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your plan terms, recurring charges are non-refundable once billed, including partially used billing periods.
